How to Order:

Simply select one of our customizable photo products. Follow the easy steps: Choose your product, size and then customize. Simply add to your cart and checkout. Because Polaroid Fotobar products are highly customizable and need your photos, these products are not available to order by phone. But if you need help please call us at 1-800-953-0025 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (ET).

How Long Does It Take:

  • All orders ship within 72 hours.
  • Your order's time of arrival is Product Time (72 Hours) plus Shipping Time.
  • See the map below for FedEx Ground Shipping times to your state. Faster shipping methods are available at an additional charge.

Tax Information:

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of Florida and to international orders shipped to Canada. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.


International Shipping Powered by Bongo

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.


Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Customers ... Click here to pay" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.


Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
