Squeezing with a rag or paper towel and then cleaning with water and soap often works but if getting rid of the paint is proving tricky, try using isopropyl or rubbing alcohol.

Note that with time, the bristles get stained and there’s nothing much you can do about that. But again, staining isn’t a problem you need to worry about as it doesn’t affect the painting or the performance of the brushes.
